All participants must carry their original CNIC along with a photocopy. The company reserves the right to refuse boarding without refund if a valid CNIC is not presented.
The company retains full rights to alter, reschedule, or cancel any part of the trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, landslides, or in the best interest of the group. Any resulting changes may not be subject to refund.
Participants must maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate language, indecent conduct, or failure to follow trip guidelines may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
Participants must respect the privacy and dignity of fellow travelers. The company reserves the right to expel anyone violating this without prior notice or compensation.
If the company cancels a trip due to circumstances beyond its control, participants will receive a refund after a 20% deduction or may be offered the option to reschedule or transfer the amount within 6 months.
7 Days before Departure: Full amount is adjustable for future trips.
3 Days before Departure: 50% deduction, remaining adjustable.
Less than 3 Days: 100% deduction, no adjustment.
After Departure: No refund or adjustment is applicable.
Participants are strictly prohibited from carrying explosives, weapons, or illegal substances. Anyone found in possession will be removed from the trip without any refund, and the company will not be liable for any legal consequences.
The company is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of any personal belongings during the trip. Participants are advised to take care of their valuables.
Participants are expected to use all provided facilities and equipment with care. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence must be compensated by the participant.
While every effort will be made to ensure safety, the company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs due to natural disasters, unforeseen incidents, or third-party service failures beyond its control.
